Dr. Manav Rakshak’s journey to building Manav Rakshak Hospitals is one of determination, resilience, and an unwavering commitment to healthcare. Raised in Hisar, Haryana, by a single parent, he excelled academically against the odds, eventually earning a place at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, for his senior residency in oncology — a milestone that shaped the foundation of his 31-year medical career.

In the years that followed, Dr. Rakshak built an extensive private practice across Delhi NCR, working with some of the region’s most respected hospitals. Balancing multiple hospitals in a single day, he steadily built a wide professional network and a reputation for clinical precision combined with genuine compassion for his patients.

In 2023, Dr. Rakshak took the first step toward his childhood dream he had carried since childhood — building a multi speciality hospital of his own. The path was far from easy, the project being delayed several times over the years by a combination of logistical and operational challenges, testing his resolve at every turn. Yet he persisted, refusing to let setbacks derail a vision he had held onto for decades.

Construction finally began in earnest, and the hospital became completely operational in 2026. Through every stage — construction, banking and financing, loan approvals, and workforce management — Dr. Rakshak personally oversaw the project, working alongside his family to bring it to life. Even today, 12–14 hour workdays remain routine for him, and he continues to be closely involved in the hospital’s day-to-day functioning, managing high-pressure situations with calm and a natural ease with people.

Dr. Rakshak is quick to credit his wife, Dr. Gitanjali Gupta, whose steadfast support at every stage — from the earliest struggles to the hospital’s realization — has been indispensable to this journey.

Today, under his leadership, Manav Rakshak Hospitals stands as a testament to what patience, hard work, and an unshakeable commitment to ethical, patient-first healthcare can build.

Manav Rakshak Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. is a modern, state-of-the-art healthcare facility located in Sector 70, Faridabad, NCR. Operational since 24 October 2023, the hospital is spread across multiple floors with a well-planned infrastructure designed for smooth patient flow, safety, and comfort. With a capacity of 317 beds, the hospital offers semi-private rooms, private suites, and luxury platinum suites for enhanced patient care and recovery.

The hospital is equipped with advanced operation theatres, a hybrid cardiac lab, robotic surgery OT, oncology block with linear accelerator, brachytherapy suites, heart command centre, and multiple adult, pediatric, and neonatal ICUs. It houses a fully functional central laboratory, advanced imaging services including X-ray, mammography, CT, MRI, and PET, along with a blood bank. Dedicated areas for emergency services, pharmacy, OPD, dialysis, chemotherapy, IVF, rehabilitation, and physiotherapy ensure comprehensive facility support under one roof.
